Being out across Sunderland, listening to residents at their front doors is the most important thing I do every week.

Pat told us this afternoon about what his dying father experienced. We can do better than this - with safe and tightly-controlled Assisted Dying provision.

Another valuable morning at Assisted Dying (AD) Bill committtee. AD has been in place in Australia since 2019, important we learn from their experience. Dr Clare Fellingham clear that our proposed law has tight limited eligibility for the terminally ill in line with theirs.
