i would add the pity drop system from leveling dungeons to non-current xpac end dungeons, i.e. you get a guaranteed item for your class that you do not already have from each run unrelated to chest drops. any 50/60/70/80/90 dungeon should drop guaranteed gear so glam farming is less agonizing :3

there are tons of things to rant about with the current job market but my personal pet peeve (other than the whole "entry level position that requires 5 years of experience" spiel) is when companies don't post their salaries for positions and make you guess the magic number they find agreeable
