FCC Commissioner Gomez is right. This FCC’s unprecedented threats against broadcasters are already suppressing free speech by sending the message that media companies hosting content critical of the President will invite government retaliation. That is censorship and not what America stands for.

Free speech is fundamental to our country. When the FCC threatens to revoke media licenses just because the President gets offended, it’s a direct attack on Americans’ First Amendment right.

President Trump must comply with the law and its deadline to release all the Epstein files. The victims of Jeffrey Epstein deserve justice, and the country deserves transparency and accountability.
