I always play at rp and story heavy tables, so min/maxing characters just for the sake of dps or whatever isn't for me. Min/Maxing in a way that is guided and restricted by the "rules" of the character's backstory, journey, world and aesthetic though? Yes. I could do this for hours.

In my dreams I have a boardgame group as regular as a DnD group. 😌 For long campaign boardgames and legacy games and trying out new stuff!

New book on the "changed my brain chemistry"-shelf 🖤💜 The Raven Scholar is so fun and so good. Was it "flawless"? No. But it was perfect. Amazing fantasy world building, lovable characters, a juicy mystery, stunning prose. If you plan to read it I'd recommend going in as blindly as possible.
