This guy is always telling people (in this case, his followers) why they should be impressed with him. We never got that from Biden, Obama, George W Bush, etc. For most of his life, Trump has lived in a bubble, where people only keep their jobs if they flatter him and support his self-delusions.

One of the most remarkable things of the last 9 months is how many Americans seem to believe the President is all powerful and Congress has no say. Actually Congress has been ineffective by choice. It has immense power if it had the courage to use it.

I just saw this story, from a week ago, on the Malwarebytes website (in their blog section) and it's scary. A woman received an unidentified call from what seemed like her daughter in distress. In the heat of the moment she accepted the story that was presented to her and parted with $15k.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE. This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined. It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

This is beyond delusional insanity, it needs its own new terminology for how devoid of reality it is. This man is a deranged lunatic. I live in L.A., am out doing errands. L.A. is exactly like it is on any other day, with a few hundred protestors in a couple of spots in a city of nearly 10,000,000

It seems like Stephen Miller is the architect of Trump 2.0. The mainstream media should start referring to him as such (or "the mastermind"). Which wouldn't go down well with the orange-faced narcissist in the Oval Office.

When Trump's plans fail, either due to poor execution or because they are flawed from the start, he very quickly switches from bully to "victim" and blames everyone and everything he can think of. He can't escape his own demons (i.e. his personality disorders) and I hope they will cause his ruin.

I just had a quick look at what the CNN app is talking about. Things like the big bill that Republicans are trying to ram through and Trump's dome idea. I can only capture the first two stories on the Fox app, but they aren't about the big issues. It's just red meat for the MAGA base.

Despite Trump's talk about other subjects, he and his party are focused on the 2026 and 2028 elections. If Democrats win the House & Senate, Trump gets impeached AND found guilty; if Dems win the Presidency in 2028, Trump will be back in court and his buddies will be investigated. They WILL cheat.

Judge Susan Crawford, liberal-minded candidate for Wisconsin Supreme Court; against guy endorsed by both Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Trump and others have been conducting a bit of a smear campaign against her, of course. Apparently, this is quite an important race.

Trump is so mind-bogglingly (ok, may not be a word) dishonest that it has turned the world upside-down. The legitimate news media seems to be so befuddled by the sheer volume of false comments coming from Trump, his colleagues, and his media supporters, that they have simply stopped calling it out.

I’m not sure who actually stated this but, to paraphrase: “The people who have billions have decided that the people who have nothing have too much.”

Trump is setting up his incoming administration to do favors for billionaires. It will make him richer than he ever imagined. Slashing government agencies (such as DOJ, FBI, EPA & IRS) isn't primarily about efficiency - it's about reducing government oversight of billionaires' business interests.
