My partner's WoL Mashi was Rivi's only partner for a long time, but I headcanoned that Rivi had an unrequited crush on Krile at least. But the moment Krile first shows off as Pictomancer I just knew Rivi was swooning, and my partner said "it's okay they can be a throuple" and I went all in

Rivi literally had their adoptive Ishgardian mom mail a chunk of it to them while studying at Sharlayan, the land where taste goes to die. They've become just a bit attached, since. They also see it as symbolic of family and have thus tried to get Krile to share a lick. She... EVENTUALLY obliged.

A little late but I just had to contribute. 💖 This is THE kiss for them, where their feelings finally fully and mutually come together, in Endwalker.

Krile should have three times as much screentime and dialog and also my WoL specifically should be canon so they can kiss onscreen : )

This hits, I've found my freaks here recently and it's been the best source of muse and motivation I could ask for 💖

I'll say that it does bother me some folks don't take lalas seriously in any context. Theres things I've made that I put real sincerity and seriousness to, and some people I've known have reacted to it with laughter just because the subject is a popoto. It breaks my heart a little.

I have two main ones key to every version of Rivi, the first being kindness. Lifting others up in an unforgiving world, holding loved ones close as a reason to keep going despite everything. The WoL being disarmingly gentle, with love as their strength, is something I love playing with.

Rivi goes wherever Krile goes, and that definitely means taking up her grandfather's mantle together. Helping youth with the Echo and other mysterious traits learn about themselves and feel like they belong. And in Rivi's case also just becoming fem Bob Ross but with Pictomancy

Rivi is definitely into the cute quirky RPG scene. Paper Mario, Mother, In Stars and Time... Chicory especially would be their fave. They would also get so, so deep into the Undertale/Deltarune fandom. Absolute Ralsei cosplayer.

Tataru and Krile hatched a devious scheme to cheer up the WoL after all her stressful adventures.

Krile is definitely the type to suffer in silence and has always put on a braver face for Rivi. By extension I could easily see her be the former. Rivi has to be the latter as of when the Garleans kidnapping Krile sent them on an absolute warpath. Their sweetness gone, only fury. 🔥🔥🔥

Rivi might pop on a little necklace or bracelet when they want to look nice, but as much as they love the look of earrings, they can't stand the physical sensation of pierced ears 😔 (maybe just a little based off myself there... but it must be even rougher when you have so much more ear!)

Rivi def focuses on emotional counseling. Making sure the new gen knows all the emotionally healthy things it took them too long to learn, to avoid at least some of the trauma they went through And they and Krile might also have at least one kickass Picto team-up moment left in them as grannies : >
