I just got back from the gym doing my normal routine for the first time after being sick. Prior to this it was just walking to work up my lungs. Idk how I didn't fall behind lifting and actually went up to the next weight but DAMN MY LEGGIES ARE GONNA GIVE. 😮‍💨 My gains aren't crazy but I'm proud.
