Flavor and consistency at the bottom are great. However, there appears to be a layer of fat/butter(?) that rose to the top that shouldn't be there. I wasn't paying enough attention at the beginning and just assumed some butter that had formed in the cream while in the container would mix back in.
add a skeleton here at some point
