My father passed away just before his 50th bday (heart disease — I’m sure smoking Kools didn’t help), so at 56 every day is truly a blessing to me.

At work I’m the oldest in my dept (which is scary) and whenever the old/unc jokes start I hit em with the “well, if yall live long enough to see thirty-“ and then they start asking “wait- what do you mean IF?!” 😭🤣
