I think I’ve found huge appreciation for working with feral cats. Working daily with a fluffy animal equipped with 18 tiny knives who and will use them… slowly gaining trust, closeness, and developing structure is so rewarding. Going from untouchable to seeking affection. Its very good dopamine.
