It is a major problem that the Trump coalition is solidified, while Democrats in power seem stupidly committed to building an opposition composed of liberals and Never-Trumper neocons—a coalition the left is rightly repulsed by and one that just lost the House, Senate, and WH.

We live in a country where the previous president got away with trying to overthrow the election in broad daylight, and where the current president who let him get away with it has been facilitating a genocide in Gaza for over a year with a war criminal wanted by The Hague.

Listen. People need to wake up and see that there is a concentrated effort to discredit anyone questioning the liberal veer to the Right and the orthodoxy of abandoning gay/trans/Gazans/people of color/women/the poor in pursuit of a MAGA-like Democratic Party. We’re in the shit. See it. Act on it.

The idea that "incumbents everywhere are losing" is just ... not true. It's not just Mexico: in Taiwan, Greece, Croatia, and others, incumbents were re-elected or increased their vote share. Pushing the idea that it was inevitable only serves to shield the party and campaign from justifiable blame.

Biden should’ve announced early last year that he was not going to seek re-election. And they should’ve had a normal primary like adults. With actual left candidates involved. All major issues debated. That would have benefited the party. And the country.

Not having the instant ability to stop our Congress and White House from relentlessly committing genocide with Netanyahu bludgeons and wounds the soul in such a permanent way. Stay connected, decent souls that are left.

Chilling to the bone watching so many in America in our most powerful positions coming out on the record and saying that the International Criminal Court has no right to hold Netanyahu accountable for war crimes the entire world has been watching live for over a year. Terrifying.

Biden has literally been facilitating a genocide in Gaza for over a year. Killing thousands upon thousands of innocent children. I’ve lost plenty of sleep over that.

Now that the ICC has officially and correctly issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant, watch the most corrupt and complicit members of Congress begin to attack the court for simply doing its job. There are no laws that these lawless, genocidal scum actually respect.
