Goes without saying that it’s a very good day to join @aaup.org. In light of the amazing work our organization does at defending bedrock democratic values and institutions that are under attack, the monthly dues pay for themselves many times over.

I joined AAUP because I saw they were one of the few organizations taking a stand. They also organized the lobbying trip I took to DC a couple of weeks ago. If you’re an academic, supporting them is good use of our money.
