@rachelaliceroddy.bsky.social
Panini al latte (milk buns)

Superb! Easy to make & beautifully soft inside with a sweet crisp top. Split & filled with delicious Baron Bigod cheese. Also had some filled with cherry jam. I'll make these again.

Chickpea and salt cod soup Substituted the chickpeas with white beans and used hake as I could not find any salt cod. A really tasty and filling lunch - even though it's not Friday!

Baked leek and egg gratin

An easy to make meal. I've never baked leeks before never mind as tree stumps! We had it with green salad topped with a vinegary pomegranate dressing. Delicious!

Dinner tonight : "Orzo" (or if you prefer "Risoni") with peas and chicken. Inspired by two
@rachelaliceroddy.bsky.social
recipes - although I didn't have the complete ingredients for either and I also cheated by buying a Conad grilled chicken. A lovely, comforting and surprisingly quick dinner.
