Not only is this unconscionable, to gut vital programs like NPR, foreign aid, and HIV/AIDS relief, but also it will be used in the future to undermine the will of Congress on any funding issue based on partisanship. This tactic must be stopped now.

Climate change is set to cost the U.S. economy $2 TRILLION this decade. Instead of that financial burden being placed on polluting industries, Trump is transfering it onto individual Americans. We are quite literally going to pay the price for Big Oil's destruction of our planet thanks to Trump.
