Wow, I found brutally honest advertisement of a food supplement. Because to achieve 21% of Mg in magnesium biglycinate one indeed need to add few bricks (often contains MgO). (Theoretical max is 14.1% for anhydrous, really 11.7% for dihydrate) #chemsky #chemchat #crystallography #SupplementsSaga
