I think becoming a Boring Adult (complimentary) is not about no longer feeling joy at the big and whimsical things, but about the scope of the things that make you happy widening. Like today I got a new soap scent! Fresh linen!!!! Isn't it a beautiful thing for that to make someone so happy?
