I ordered a new mattress, along with pillows, and a waterproof mattress cover. The company sent me very thorough, almost aggressive updates as to the shipping for the pillows and the cover, but the mattress was just a mysterious ‘on the way’. Until today, when it arrived unheralded on my doorstep.
