I loved the way Martinelli finished but Myles powering through the midfield, 1989 vintage Michael Thomas-like, was the highlight of the match for me!

Although Alexis Sanchez is the chaos player a lot have been citing as the missing piece, I'm wondering if Anelka is the better example....like in those early Wenger seasons. I feel like it's got a hint of small-club mentality though and AW only did it as a stepping stone to where we eventually got.

Very early days but I prefer dominant, sterile, full-control, attritional Arsenal. But I guess you trade in some of that by playing fast and loose, chaotic style; and getting the ball forwards quicker. It's been what everyone's been asking for. Not the way a big club should play imho. Shrug
