Interesting observations as we near 3 full weeks of Skyscraper: - It feels like mornings in the US are best for subscription conversions. Early birds subscribe to apps. - Definite peaks the first week, but downloads and subs staying steady. - Still getting lots of great feedback and ideas

wow, 2026 is the year of the bluesky client (i guess this is what that loooooong january is about) already got @getskyscraper.com and @fluxapp.blue as native, new iOS clients for Bluesky, and now @aeronautapp.com on macOS! all of which are worth a try :D

Well, due to not understanding the ramifications of some changes, a late HOTFIX push of#Skyscraper going live to fix OAuth issues. I thought these wouldn’t hit as soon as they did for some users. This includes some work on subscriptions I was not ready to push, but it should work well!

A new build of#Skyscraper live this morning which adds a feature I like, a Safari extension to open Bluesky links around the web in Skyscraper! Also added the ability to Edit your own posts up to 15 minutes after creation of a post, along with a bunch of other minor fixes.

Updated build of#Skyscraper just went live. Some improvements to notifications and chat. And a new feature I love, tap a handle on a profile page and you’ll get the option to copy the user handle! ##iOSDev#BuildInPublic#indiedev

In adding push notifications, I had to get a server up and running which let me add some additional features. Now, I can add “Recommended Users” to the Discover page without pushing a new build. Would anyone like to be added to the page? Reply here if so, and I’ll review and add some people.

One more push to#TestFlight before the end of the weekend to add Bookmark/Saved Post support. Hit the … button on a post to Bookmark, and then view the list on your profile under the Saved post feed. Additionally, a couple performance fixes and other odds and ends.

A Sunday morning new build posted to#TestFlight! ##Skyscraper now supports push notifications! Head to the Settings tab and tap your account plus settings to activate and set which notifications you want to receive.
