God how do you even call a taxi for someone else these days. Struggled to help a Romanian woman who seemed to have been waiting a very long time for a bus that may not have been coming. She could not speak English. Or, I found out, read Romanian. We eventually flagged her a taxi.

What does it mean when the bus stop has said the bus is 4 minutes away for 15 minutes and the live tracker shows both the bus and the stop(?) in different positions entirely detached from the route.
