New Years can be hard when you’re chronically ill People are setting goals for the upcoming year… and many of us can’t participate Our goal is to survive & lessen suffering If all you did in 2025 was survive, that’s ok It’s ok if that’s your goal for 2026 too Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise
