I keep going back to this. This is a taunt. They're taunting us. There is no other possible interpretation of what they're doing. But media simply ignores this deranged behavior, because if they talk about it, one must conclude that DHS is a rogue agency, of villainous paramilitary thugs.

There is absolutely no theory or philosophy of US government where it is appropriate for the Department of Homeland Security to taunt, mock, and terrorize the citizenry of the Homeland. It's pure evil - an authoritarian campaign of vindictive terror.
