Youtube has a new interface that shows an Ai summary of the comments instead of the comments themselves. I'm already spending more time dealing with Ai than with coworkers in a day. I'm left wondering how soon it will be before I don't interact with another human for 24 hours.

Working from HMB today. Little moments walking around the grassy hills here remind me that my anxieties are mainly rooted in the shape of global, national, and economic events that I can't and don't need to have control of right now.

I couldn't fit into one of my fursuits at the end of September after a sedentary spring and food-filled summer. I've been following a light diet and daily hiking routine since that has me feeling pretty good now. I've lost 7.5 lbs so far!
