I’m SO full from dinner right now, which sadly doesn’t take much. I couldn’t eat well the 1st couple weeks after surgery, so my stomach shrank. But this is probably the 1st time since before surgery that I’m absolutely stuffed. I made breaded chicken tenders, broccoli & 4-cheese mashed potatoes. 🍽️
