The Ipogeo delle Ghirlande is an important Roman tomb discovered in Grottaferrata, near Rome. The hypogeum contained two marble sarcophagi, both sealed. The sarcophagi belonged to a Roman noblewoman named Aebutia Quarta and her son, Carvilius Gemellus, who died at the age of 18.
