They have gained access to multiple sensitive internal systems, including a financial aid dataset containing the personal information of millions of students enrolled in the federal student aid program.

Research consultations are one of the best parts of my job, but I get so frustrated when patrons give one word responses to the brief survey they fill out on my calendar, especially if it is for a dissertation. I'm smart, but not a walking encyclopedia.
