Got in some portrait practice. Not feeling my best today so managing to get some art out is nice ❤️

The only way I'm gonna get better at my art is practice, I know that. But routines are hard, especially with ADHD. How do I hold myself to it? Any artist friends have advice? I'm thinking making some public promise like showing some art every day or I have to donate to charity or something
