The World Baseball Classic is on a different streaming service I don’t get. My enthusiasm level just dropped to zero.

Never imagined a week like this. To give some perspective, about 1pm Friday I got a text from my wife that we had plans to get together with my mother on Sunday. 5pm I got a call from my sister that my mom had a cardiac arrest and she was gone. That quickly. She was just 70 and vibrant. Full of life

I struggle with the Winter Olympics. Most summer Olympic events are things you could have a pickup game with if you wanted. Running, swimming, basketball, boxing, etc. we can do that at an amateur level. There are maybe three winter events unlikely to cause serious injury if I attempted them.

Logistically you can’t just take your 100 vehicles of people to the local Olive Garden. But that begs the question why you need such an entourage to begin with.

This but also book queer tag teams for non Pride events and months too! And call your mom. She worries.

Planning to check out some live wrestling at Pilger Ruh tomorrow. If you miss Journey don’t worry, she’s probably wrestling on a card near you. Possibly on the same night. (Seriously, she’s working this show AND one that’s an 80 minute drive away.)
