I continue to find myself speechless when I think of the state of the country where I was born and raised. I pray I wake up and the tiniest shred of hope may be felt deep within me. How to have hope when it keeps getting worse?

Today is the 4th Anniversary of "Good Morning, Love" my daily message on that other platform. I think it's time to start transitioning it to a different home. How it started: Dawn is still at least thirty minutes away and the house is quiet except for the deep breathing of sleep.

As often happens, I only made it to Q5 of #SpiritChat today. Even though I was here for the entire hour, I was also busy laughing, connecting, thinking deeply and am incredibly grateful to be with each and every one of you - and thinking of the others who weren't tapping on keyboards.

I've never thought of it before but today I think it would be such fun to have videos of us all enjoying #SpiritChat separately together. Ahhhh. Do we know how to have fun or what? For the record, I am wearing a Dbacks tshirt procured when they were TERRIBLE! (It was my Dad's)
