I grieve for the loss I burn for the pain I accept the feelings

Hope is like a pilot light. It burns even when everything around you seems cold. And it’s enough to start something bigger when the right time comes.

I wish you beauty and joy for all of your days

When your spirit tells you to rest, please do it. Do your best to take care of your body and your mind by not ignoring those nudges to be *still*

To be love even when i'm fighting my own inner battles so no harm falls upon those closest to me.

I want to be healthy and kind every day. Uplifting for you, to you. No places where you feel judged or feel confused. Just to be yourself and it's okay. That I can get better. -- that I want you for who you are. To give you things and kindness for existing. To be honest about everything.

You should be around people who see the pain in your eyes and wish to soothe away the hurt. With words of kindness or actions of simply being there. I may fail time and again because of my fears. I want to be better. I want to be honest and vulnerable. No games, no masks. Just the hearts.
