Rob Wittman, Armed Svcs Comm VC, is silent on something very important to a univ in his district. W&M’s Chancellor is Robert Gates, former Republican SecDef. The Board is very conservative. W&M put significant resources into military & veteran programs recently largely funded by an anonymous donor.

So, Rob, what is the actual refund VA01 constituents can expect? Recent IRS data (2/26) estimate an average refund of $300-$351 not $1000 and that includes the 2017 tax cuts. He’s spinning so fast he doesn’t realize he’s lying anymore. We can’t trust anything that he says.

I miss having a president that actually cared about people & worked to make our lives better. Hard to believe it was only a little over a year ago. Now every day there are multiple reports about the government causing great harm and death to many.

Here's my Dr. Malcolm chaos theory take on why it’s crucial to sign petitions for all Democratic primary candidates right now: we need all candidates on the ballot because sudden tragedies could take a front runner candidate out of a race. The stakes are way too high to leave anything to chance.

The establishment can put its thumb on the scale for some candidates all it wants, but for the primary we need a plan B, C, D, etc. in case something happens to the designated front runner. The reality is we need to game out the possibilities and avoid putting all our eggs into one basket.

When multiple Democratic candidates are running, *voters alone* have the power to ensure a backup plan in case a front runner must drop out for some reason. Signing petitions for all Democratic candidates trying to get on the ballot for a primary is a huge chance for voters to FLEX OUR POWER!

With the obscene level of corruption in the American government right now, do we really want to leave things to chance when we don’t have to? There are no guarantees in life. If nothing else, get out and sign petitions for all Dem candidates as a backup plan. The fate of our democracy depends on it.
