So, according to Starmer,we're going to be at the heart of Europe without rejoining the EU. That's going to piss off EVERYONE.

Yes, the latest SNL UK cold open was very lame indeed, but they only had a couple of days to write it. Nobody could have guessed that Labour would lose ahead of time, so please give them a break.

I remember shortly after the Brexit vote (almost ten years ago now), I took solace from the fact that there would soon come a time when we'd never have to hear from Nigel Farage ever again.

Tomorrow, Keir Starmer will give what will be called an "impassioned" speech about how he gets it, the disappointment and frustration you may feel, but that he is absolutely committed to delivering for Britain and Ordinary Working Families. Then he'll try banning trans people from going to the loo.

Ironically, Wonder Man was the easiest video episode to make because Disney is the only production company in the world that doesn't try to claim copyright on the clips. Normally I have to jump through hoops to get the video on the platform. So that was nice.

I've reading Never Flinch by Stephen King and in it Holly Gibney is worried about getting a bonus for her PI work. King seems to have completely forgotten that he made her a millionaire in the last book (a terrible decision IMHO, but at least be consistent!)

Quick update on The Cage: it's complete and utter shite. Laughably bad by the end. I think I actually booed. I only watched it was because The Guardian gave it five stars and described it as an amazing "state of the nation" drama in the review byline. 1/5
