Homemade pasta sauce for dinner tonight, with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese 🍽️

I haven’t posted in a hot minute, so here are some of our meals from the last month 🍽️ I hope you are all doing well and staying out of trouble…or at least not getting caught 😉😈 I miss you guys!

I’m 3 months shy of 50th birthday…yesterday I survived my first rugby outing in 10 years with no injuries and I’m pretty darn proud of myself 🍻

Looks like the midlife crisis may have hit…I just signed myself up to start playing rugby again, 3 months shy of my 50th birthday 😅🤷‍♂️

Between the very cool Ireland and Munster Rugby jerseys that @dermotncosgrove.bsky.social gifted me at our meet up, and this badarse Kraken jersey, I am feeling extremely blessed to have the great friends I have 💙🍻 thank you guys! 🙏

Heading to a family cookout tonight and asked what I could bring…the unanimous request was a “kiwi salad” 🍽️

Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian chicken) and a chopped salad for dinner last night! Will definitely make this again, but next time there will be green sauce 😊🍽️

Breaded lamb cutlets with a little blackberry and rum drizzle sauce and a Mediterranean inspired salad with beets, feta cheese and balsamic dressing 😊🍽️

I found a cheap rack of lamb at the store so frenched it and made breaded cutlets, ready for cooking later 😊

Finished dinner My attempt at Bulgogi beef with stir fry and udon noodles…i think It turned out great 😊 🍽️

I’ve been lazy and It’s been a while since I posted one of my own dinners. Sorry about that! Tonight we are having Bulgogi marinated beef, stir fried vegetables and Thai wheat udon noodles all cooked on the flat top 🍽️🤤

Soooo…after range time yesterday with my .357 carbine, I felt I’d be remiss if I didn’t own a handgun that shot the same ammunition. Say hello to my new Taurus model-88, 6” barrel .357 magnum revolver. Now the 7 day wait begins 🤣
