Democrat Adelita Grijalva wins special election for southern Arizona congressional seat. The Democrats now have the 218 votes to force a vote on releasing the complete Epstein file, amongst other things. apnews.com/article/ariz...

To be exact, he took $51 million from our public schools to subsidize private school tuition for mostly wealthy families who already could afford tuition. This was never about helping low income families.

Does redistricting the maps in the middle of the decade help with our grocery bills? Help with the cost of our healthcare? Help with our schools? A reminder that the taxpayers paid EXTRA this year for the session that brought this about. It has been a mess from the beginning.

MO governor Kehoe has called two special sessions now this year, the most recent to gerrymander our state and weaken our initiative petition process. Neither of them have addressed the FOUR vacant House district seats in our state leg. I find that VERY telling.

Missourians deserve better. We shouldn’t have to work even harder to put things on the ballot, and they shouldn’t make it harder to pass what we vote on. And we most definitely shouldn’t have our votes overturned or our districts redrawn mid decade. No matter what party is in control of our state.

Don’t let Missouri Republicans win their seats uncontested. Anyone can run and we need more good people to step up and push back against the fascism taking hold of Missouri. We deserve better

If you live in #Missouri, you need to know that they are trying to do what they are doing with redistricting in Texas here as well. They are flat out ignoring that there are plenty of Democrats in this state and we are already disproportionately represented.

#Missouri taxpayers would be paying for yet ANOTHER special session this year to redistrict halfway through the decade. This is not what voters want, this is what the GOP wants. Republicans have a strong enough and unfair hold on this state as it is. They need to leave it alone.
