Watching the #LUFC v. #MUFC match on MUTV with my Manchester United-loving husband. They just played a segment where the presenter handed Cunha his new #10 shirt, and it was a totally Dobby moment. ("Oh, thank you, Master! Now Dobby is a FREEEE elf!)

Lovely to see the Manchester United players spending time with some disadvantaged orphans before the big match. Heartbreaking to see those little sad faces with no hope, said Bradley, aged 6.

Found this over the weekend, reissued on red and blue vinyl. Sublime perfection. Yes, Paddy had a bit of an Elvis problem, but for me, this is so much more than that. I listen with amazement, even 35 years later.

Just wanted to share one of the tiny wonders to enter my life this year. I'm not a Tolkien fan girl by any means, but man, he loved his children. As we enter 2025, in all of this chaos, I hope we all remember to make life magical for those we love.
