Here at my folks' place, I'm sleeping on feather pillows, which I really don't mind other than the fact I constantly look like I'm molting. Feathers on me ALWAYS.

This year has been a shit show with my health, with a diagnosis of something I'd never even heard of. Sarcoidosis has literally ravaged my body while challenging me mentally every step of the way. I still choose to be grateful for what I have and how far I've come.

My dad makes Ukrainian sour cabbage rolls, and they're a favorite of many friends and extended family. He spends many hours making pan after pan, and delivers them between now and Christmas so people can have them with their holiday dinner. This is what true kindness is. ♡

Outing to the hospital update- I'm SO happy to have my new chair (it's lighter, smoother, just better!) but they are NOT made for snow! 😂

Since my nerve damage happened and I'm unable to walk, I've been using loaner wheelchairs from our health unit/physio dept. Today, I get my chair, specified to me. A looooot of mixed feelings about this, but it's great I'll finally have my own.
