I don’t know what it says about me (or if it needs to say anything at all) that I get a WAY bigger hit of dopamine from retro computer festivals than furry conventions. Even more so if other furries are there. I guess it’s just way more laser-focused on my niche interests.

Also I spent the last couple days at VCF Midwest and I once again want to learn how to code for the Apple II. Even if I write just some goofy little Hello World, I really want to start learning to write code to support my doofy retro computer hobby.

I really wish Lyft let you give drivers specific directions to follow instead of whatever the auto-generated directions are. There’s a back way to get to my house that is almost always faster but instead I always get taken the congested, slower way.

My European vacation is over. I had a great time, I’m very glad to be back, but VCF Midwest is this weekend so I have NO time for PCD!
