Lorsque le volume est arrivé, il est apparu que des fragments d’un texte littéraire médiéval avaient été collés sur les plats de reliure. Grâce à l’aide de @remcosleiderink.bsky.social , ces fragments difficilement lisibles ont pu être identifiés : il s’agit d’extraits du ‘Conte du Graal’ !

Accueillie à Namur, avec le soutien du département d'Histoire de l'UNamur, des Archives de l'État à Namur et de la Société archéologique de Namur, la journée a alterné présentations de recherches et visites, le tout dans une atmosphère conviviale. Une expérience à renouveler !

Ce 13 mars, le RMBLF et le Vlaamse Werkgroep Mediëvistiek ont organisé une journée de rencontre entre médiévistes francophones et néerlandophones. L’objectif ? Faire connaissance avec les collègues de l’autre moitié du pays et découvrir les tendances actuelles de la recherche médiévale en Flandre.

Oh wow! This is what happens when you're photographing MSS & don't capture the text in the inner gutter. 1st, here's the photograph (made about 100 yrs ago) of the Codex Salernitanus, f. 82ra. Although that big tear of the page is obvious, the inner gutter hasn't been fully captured in the photo.
