In contrast this is what 2 pixel precision looks like. Better for larger objects, these 8x8 aliens are more noticeably juddery.

They're alive! Some simple animation added. Behind the scenes fixed up a couple of bugs with the Vixel library and the 1-or-2 pixel movement provision is now a selectable option. I'll update the Vixel library on itch later this week. #vic20 #gamedev

Anyone here know anything about Syntax Software? They had two games published by RabbitSoft (Cyclons and Critters) but can't find any information about who they were or if they made any games after the #vic20. No clues in the game data either.

Just watched Dave on DVD in 4:3 aspect ratio. Turns out it has the widescreen version on the other side of the disc. Doh! Forgot some early DVD's were this way.
