The rule of law and the rule of law are two very different things when you think about it

1) the current linkage of sovereignty, economy, and security as strategic objectives in EU lawmaking can be understood in terms of ‘regulatory mercantilism’ 2) Count Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi is under-studied in a lot of EU law and politics work on the ideas shaping the EU in English language text
