So my honest take on Sonic 06. It should've been released a year or two later. If it had more time for polish it... well it wouldn't have been great probably but it would have been fun with an interesting story behind the bbeg that would have brought me back for more.

Having beat shadows story here is my review. In vanilla gameplay it is rough. The story is interesting but I raged so hard at this game over things that shouldn't have been an issue. Sonic 06 vanilla is unpolished and needed more time in the proverbial oven

So we switched to Sonic 06 and are still live on Twitch if y'all wanna see me suffer, but holy wow is Shadows story pushing me over the edge which is hilarious because I thought for sure that would be Silver's story. Having finally beat the game, sonic Frontiers was... I wanna say okay but in all fairness I needed someone to teach me exploits and strategies. The payoff in the end felt anticlimactic for a boss fight even though it was an end of the world level climax.
