I only now realized that Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter completely dropped the "Legend of Heroes" prefix because I was expecting the demo to be with the Ls on my Steam Deck when it's with the Ts. I guess a game that's trying to pull in new people wouldn't want them to worry about unrelated entries.

Hollow Knight complete... except for the Godhood stuff which I might do at some point if I'm feeling spicy. Really good game! I had quite a good time finally giving this game more than a passing glance. Looking forward to eventually playing Silksong even more now.

as i get to know more about all of the other trails protagonists it gets increasingly funnier that lloyd is comparatively just A Guy. sure you could say the same about estelle but i consider joshua's story to be an extension of hers since it's such a strong motivator for her

the next trails playthrough is on hold because i don't actually own daybreak 2 so i gotta wait for it to go on sale..............

Just did the Grimm Troupe fight in Hollow Knight, I think that was my favorite boss in this game by far, a lot of fun

are there any resources or recommendations for installing on a laptop? i have this MSI gaming one erica gifted me that i want to use as a beginner project before thinking of doing it on my desktop

i dreaded looking at my 2020 art for the “start of covid vs now” meme because i don’t know what i would’ve done if i thought my old art was better, but i actually do think i’ve improved a fair bit. i just wish i had the output 2020 me had, but i’m sure many people feel the same way about themselves.

okay something nice: i really really love the look of the dragon quest vii remake. i'm kinda amazed it's getting one since it also got a 3DS remake. the models look so good, they perfectly captured toriyama's style better than i think even 11 did.
