NEW: Union workers at Microsoft subsidiary ZeniMax Media have voted to ratify their first union contract after two years of negotiations. It's a historic moment for ZeniMax Workers United-CWA, and comes just months after the union authorized strike action after growing frustrated with Microsoft.
