Big kid complaining of not having friends & is seemingly struggling socially. There are cliques within the cliques within the clique in his class (families). We aren't getting called for play dates. My kids aren't complaining. My wife is. I feel gutted for all of them. Adulting is hard.

My 6 year old just woke up & asked if the Tigers won. I told him no, but now we're Seattle fans because we don't like the Blue Jays. He then asked, "Did Ken Griffey play yesterday?" That's how long that game was. My 6 year old though The Kid was still in the majors.

As a lifelong Tigers fan, I have a strong dislike for the Blue Jays. Since we didn't make the ALCS, I'm pulling for the Mariners. Likable team.

I still haven't moved. I'm so gutted. The last time the Tigers won the WS, I was 9. 41 years later I'm still a kid following this team. My emotions are all over the place now. What a crazy ride this team gave me this year.
