Juno wanders around exploring the house, sniffing everything. Every day it looks like it’s the first time he’s ever been here. And then a little bug or hairball or nothing at all will shock him. He’ll jump and bolt upstairs. Do cats pretend? It really seems like they do. Or maybe they hallucinate?

Here is a handout I made for my kid’s class last week, when I went in to talk to them about making books. I Frankensteined together a bunch of art I already had to make it, and filled other stuff in. But it was a big hit, so I’m sharing it here in case you know any kids interested in making books!
