Feeling the effects of a migraine 3-4 times in a day fucking sucks. I just want to be a normal human 😭

Today was the last 1-on-1 therapy session I had and was the 21st. It was nice and we'll still see each other weekly in the group therapy thing i'm in. I am left with more questions and tools than I had prior, which is a good thing overall.

I rolled credits on Pokemon Legends Z-A last night. My review of main game, at this time, is a solid 8/10. I loved it. I know i'm usually the one to glaze the newer pokemon games among people I know, but I genuinely enjoyed my experience with the game

This week's therapy session had me review automatic thoughts and see if I can identify them with thinking errors. As I often overthink a lot of things, this can help me try to address this aspect of myself. For next week I have to practice challenging my thoughts to restructure them more rationally
