Today, I appointed Prof. Dr. Gözde Gül Sahin (Koç University, Türkiye) as Professor of Intelligent Language Systems.
She works on NLP & LLMs for the hardest settings: rare and unseen tasks, languages, and domains with little data—building datasets, models, and benchmarks.
