Das entschuldigt Täter natürlich null aber ist halt auf fachlicher Ebene ein wichtiger Unterschied bei den beiden Begriffen. Heißt aber wie immer nicht, dass es letztendlich eine bewusste Entscheidung ist ob man ein beschissener Mensch ist oder eben nicht.

Ein Fetisch hingegen ist mit einem erfüllten, selbstbestimmten Sexleben nicht mehr so gut vereinbar, weil z.B. ohne den Einbezug von Füßen keinerlei Lust mehr möglich ist. Sprich ein Kink ist gesund und ein Fetisch pathologisch (im Sinne von erzeugt Leidensdruck).

Ganz platt formuliert: man findet Füße sehr erregend und baut es gerne ins sexuelle Erleben ein aber sexuelle Lust/Attraktion kann auch ohne (!) die Involvierung von Füßen erlebt werden.

Wobei ich hier auch mal wieder das Problem sehe, dass Fachbegriffe im Alltagssprech ihre spezifische Bedeutung verlieren. Ich habe im Psych. Studium gelernt, dass ein Kink eine sexuelle Vorliebe ist, die als Ergänzung des Sexlebens funktioniert.
