I've talked to a few folks this morning who were talking about stopping work on their creative projects. Because it's "not important anymore." I don't know who needs to hear this, but DON'T DO THAT. We win by living our lives as loudly and truly as we can. That includes your "silly" art project.

You are allowed to celebrate good things that are happening today: your birthday, a book coming out, new baby, new puppy, seeing your favorite piece of art in person, etc. Joy is the knife that stabs into the heart of despair & apathy. Feel your joys, big & small, & share them widely & loudly.

Block every asshole who shows up on Bsky. Don’t even think about it. Just blockaroo. Blockity block. Block ME if you think I’M being an asshole. This place, as opposed to the old place, needs to be the place where assholes don’t go to frolic. No frolicking assholes is what I’m saying.
