How’s everyone doing? Me…I’m glad my kids are headed back to school. Love them, but damn they’re busy fuckers.

Anyone know the film? It’s a cult classic and easily one of my favorite comedies of all time.

I am excited because I hit a personal record on benchpress today. 205 lbs! May not seem like a lot to some of you guys, but I’m proud of the work I’ve put in and where I’m headed.

Oh yeah. Happy hump day, fellas!

The hobby I talk about least here is music. Oddly, it’s my favorite. So…I’m working on an EP some of you might like. Here’s a taste. (Demo form still)

Something I don’t share much here… I was married for 12 years before I came out in 2020. It wasn’t easy at all. In fact, it was brutally painful, but we survived it. I’m the father of 2 wonderful teens who love me like crazy and my ex-wife is now my best friend. Ask me anything.

I got a good lift in this morning. Worked my shoulders, chest and back today.
