Sometimes what reads as sadness is just exhaustion…I believe I snapped this pic, finished making dinner, put away laundry & crawled in bed early that night. My spring break starts in about a week & I’m looking forward to some much needed rest followed by tons of friends I haven’t hugged in a while.

I lost about 15 lbs after restarting my ADHD meds and I’m not exactly happy about it. I’m fighting to stay at 200 lbs and fear hitting a goal of 230 lbs will never happen. 😅 Lift and eat seems to be all I do. Any advice is welcome.
