I lost about 15 lbs after restarting my ADHD meds and I’m not exactly happy about it. I’m fighting to stay at 200 lbs and fear hitting a goal of 230 lbs will never happen. 😅 Lift and eat seems to be all I do. Any advice is welcome.

I am excited because I hit a personal record on benchpress today. 205 lbs! May not seem like a lot to some of you guys, but I’m proud of the work I’ve put in and where I’m headed.
